Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „úvěrové riziko a jeho ošetření při poskytování uvěrové angažovanosti“ je zaměřena na posouzení rozdílu rizika při poskytování úvěrové angažovanosti fyzickým osobám a právnickým osobám – zejména na způsoby zjišťování rizika, množství předkládaných dokumentů jednotlivými subjekty a následně způsoby ošetření úvěrového rizika. První část práce se zaměřuje především na úvěrové riziko jako na pojem. V druhé části popisuji způsoby zjišťování úvěrového rizika a průběh úvěrového procesu. Třetí kapitola se věnuje ošetření úvěrového rizika a poslední stěžejní část se bakalářské práce je výsledkem průzkumu v bankách, kdy popisuji rozdíly v pracnosti a množství dokumentů, které musí dokládat fyzická osoba a právnická osoba při žádosti o úvěr.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis „The Risk of management“ aims at analysis of the risk evaluation by providing a bank credit and at the differences in this procedure based on the fact that the acceptor of the credit is the individual or the legal entity. The analysis is mainly concerned on the methods of the examination of the risk factors, on the quantity of documents required during the procedure and further on the ways how the credit risks are treated at the end. First part of the thesis is concerned on the credit risk as a term. The methods of the credit risk examination and the credit procedure are described in the second part of the thesis. Third section is dedicated to the credit risk treatment. The last part of the thesis which is also deemed to be the fundamental is result of the research made in the banks. In this part, the differences between complexity of the procedure and the documentation required by the bank from the individual and the legal entity during the credit procedure is described and evaluated.
