Social and legal aspects of euthanasia

Abstract:

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je teoretické seznámení s problematikou sociálně právních důsledků eutanazie. Dále se zaměřuji na aktuální pojmy, které s daným tématem úzce souvisejí. V jednotlivých kapitolách postupně projednávám měnící se situaci problematiky eutanazie z pohledu lidského vývoje, odlišné formy eutanazie a její možné alternativy, zahraniční zkušenosti s eutanazií a asistovanou sebevraždou, českou právní otázku ohledně tohoto tématu a v neposlední řadě pohled náboženství na předčasné ukončení života. V celé práci se zaměřuji hlavně na sociálně-právní otázku této problematiky.

Abstract:

The main goal of this thesis is to describe social and legal aspects of euthanasia. It is focused on the current terms that are closely associated with this topic. Individual chapters are focused on changing situation in euthanasia from human development point of view, different form of euthanasia and its possible alternatives, foreign experience with euthanasia and assisted suicide, Czech legal question concerning this topic, and how religion approaches premature ending of a life. The main aim of the thesis is social and legal aspects of euthanasia.
