Language and Culture Teaching in Mixed Classrooms

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá výukou reálií v heterogenní třídě. Je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje tématu migrace, žákům s odlišným mateřským jazykem v české škole a češtině jako druhému jazyku. Poslední kapitola teoretické části přibližuje problematiku reálií, jejich různá dělení, cíle a přístupy. V praktické části je představeno 25 cvičení pro využití ve výuce heterogenní třídy. Cvičení jsou rozdělena podle dovedností čtení, psaní, mluvení, poslechu a gramatiky a také podle krajů ČR.

Abstract:

This work deals with the teaching of Cultural Studies in a mixed classroom environment. It is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical section deals with the topics of migration, pupils with a different mother tongue in the Czech school system, and Czech as a second language in general. The theoretical section also includes a brief discussion of the various goals and approaches in the teaching of Cultural Studies. In the practical section, 25 exercises are presented for use in teaching in a heterogeneous class. The exercises are divided according to the skills of reading, writing, speaking, listening and grammar, as well as according to the regions of the Czech Republic.
