Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem cenných papírů, především pak akcií. Vysvětluje účel akcií v rámci akciové společnosti a v rámci burz cenných papírů v České republice, ale také vybraných burz v zahraničí. Důležitá je praktická část, která přináší téma investic do akcií. Toto téma zpracovává možnosti nákupu akcií společností na různých online platformách. Dotýká se ale i zaměstnaneckých akcií, kdy zaměstnanec nakupuje akcie společnosti, ve které je zaměstnán. Tento způsob investice do akcií přináší benefit v podobě slevy na nákup akcií. Jedná se tedy o výhodný způsob obchodování s akciemi.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of securities, especially with shares. It explains the purpose of shares within a joint-stock company and stock exchanges in Czech Republic, but also selected exchanges abroad. There is an important practical part in this thesis which brings up the subject of investing in shares. This topic covers options for buying shares on different online platforms. It also affects ESPP topic (Employee Stock Purchase Plan), when an employee buys shares of the company in which he is employed. This method of investing in shares brings a favorable benefit in the form of a discount on the shares purchase. This is useful way of shares trading.
