Abstract:

Anotace: Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bude zjistit, jaká je podoba a kvalita vzájemné spolupráce pedagogů s asistenty pedagoga. Mezi výzkumné otázky bude patřit zjišťování, zda pedagogové cítí v práci asistenta pedagoga přínos pro svou vlastní práci s dětmi. Z pohledu asistentů pedagoga se bude výzkum snažit objasnit, zda mají dostatek podpory a odborného vedení pro svou práci ze strany pedagogů. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se bude věnovat příslušné legislativě spjaté s inkluzívním vzděláváním. Ta specifikuje podpůrná opatření, která jsou důležitým zákonným nástrojem pro nastavení individuální péče asistenta o děti se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami v mateřské škole. Další část práce se zaměří na důležité předpoklady pro vykonávání práce asistenta pedagoga v mateřské škole, jeho kvalifikaci, osobnostní předpoklady a schopnosti. Zaměří se i na postoj pedagogů k práci asistentů a naopak, jejich společnou schopnost kooperovat při vzdělávání. Důležitým aspektem, který bude práce také zkoumat, jsou používané formy a metody vzájemné spolupráce všech pedagogických pracovníků. V praktické části bude pro potřeby výzkumného šetření zvolen kvantitativní přístup. Využity budou dotazníky pro pedagogy a asistenty pedagogů mateřských škol. Výzkumný vzorek bude tvořit dostupný výběr mateřských škol, ve kterých pracují asistenti pedagoga. Cílem práce bude zjistit, zda spolupráce asistentů pedagoga s pedagogy v kolektivu mateřských škol splňuje všechny aspekty a přispívá-li k individuálnější péči o děti se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Závěry vyplývající z výzkumu a následná doporučení budou přispívat k lepší kooperaci tandemu pedagog a asistent pedagoga v prostředí mateřské školy.

Abstract: The main target of the bachelor's thesis will be to ascertain what is the form and quality of reciprocal cooperation of teachers with teaching assistants. Research questions will include ascertaining whether teachers feel a benefit to their own work with children in the work of a teaching assistant. From the point of view of teaching assistants, the research will try to clear up whether they have sufficient support and professional guidance for their work on the part of teachers. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis will devote oneself the relevant legislation related to inclusive education. It specifies support measures, which are an important legal tool for setting up individual care for assistants with children with special educational needs in kindergarten. The next part of the thesis will focus on important prerequisites for performing the work of a teaching assistant in a kindergarten, his qualifications, personal prerequisites and abilities. It will also focus on the attitude of teachers towards the work of assistants and on the contrary, their common ability to cooperate in education. An important aspect that the thesis will also examine are the forms and methods of mutual cooperation of all pedagogical workers. In the practical part, a quantitative approach will be chosen for the needs of the research survey. Questionnaires for teachers and assistants of kindergarten teachers will be used. The research sample will consist of an available selection of kindergartens in which teaching assistants work. The aim of the work will be to find out whether the cooperation of teaching assistants with teachers in the kindergarten collective realize all aspects and if it contributes to more individual care for children with special educational needs. The conclusions resulting from the research and subsequent recommendations will contribute to better cooperation between the tandem pedagogue and the teacher's assistant in the kindergarten environment.
