Anotace:

Cílem práce je zmapovat aktuální stav výběru a hodnocení dodavatelů a navrhnout lepší řešení v nářaďovně ve Škoda Auto a.s.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to map the current status of supplier selection and evaluation, which is followed by a proposal to improve the system of supplier selection and evaluation in the tool shop department of Škoda Auto a.s. This thesis is divided into two parts: a theoretical and practical part. The introductory chapter explains the concept of purchasing and its process, organization, functions, phases and factors influencing purchasing decisions, as well as the concept of suppliers and their division, supply chain, the importance of partnership with suppliers, selection and evaluation of suppliers. The second chapter is dedicated to the process of purchasing, selecting and evaluating suppliers in the general purchasing department of Škoda Auto a.s., which is closely linked to cooperation in the tool shop. This is followed by an analysis describing the purchasing process and the process of selecting and evaluating suppliers in the tool shop department, an explanation of the connection between the general purchasing department and the tool shop department, and a summary of the analysis of the current situation. The next chapter proposes new solutions for selecting new suppliers and existing suppliers, as well as solutions for regular monitoring of suppliers, and presents solutions for supplier evaluation. The last chapter of this thesis is dedicated to comparing the current state with the proposed state, and it presents the advantages and disadvantages of the proposals. The conclusion of the thesis evaluates the achievement of the assigned objective of the thesis.
