Úvod do problematiky, charakteristika insolvenčního zákona, formy řešení úpadku s důrazem na reorganizaci, základní informace o společnosti v úpadku, návrhy řešení vzniklé insolvence, průběh reorganizace společnosti, shrnutí problému a jeho vyhodnocení.
Abstract:
Introduction to the topic, characteristics of insolvency law, forms of solving bankruptcy with emphasis on reorganization, basic information about a bankrupt company, suggested insolvency solutions, course of a company reorganization, summary of the problem and its evaluation.
