Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá spoločenskou zmluvou v obchodných spoločnostiach a jej neplatnosťou v Slovenskej právnej úprave. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na právnu úpravu spoločenskej zmluvy jej povinné náležitosti a tiež jej stručnú charakteristiku.
