Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na sledování vývoje mezd ve vybraném podniku v různých časových obdobích. Cílem je charakterizovat personální činnost a porovnat vývoj mezd u vybraných zaměstnanců v daném období. Teoretická část je napsána podle odborných publikací a platných zákonů. The Bachelor’s thesis focuses on the monitoring of the development of wages in a chosen firm in various periods of time.
