Execution of a Punishment of Community Service
Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je trest obecně prospěšných prací se zaměřením na jeho výkon. Práce popisuje současnou právní úpravu tohoto trestu, včetně porovnání se zahraničím. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na vykonatelnost trestu obecně prospěšných prací v Liberci.
Abstract:
The main objective of this graduation work is to analyze a community service punishment with a focus on its execution. It describes contemporary law adjustments and compares them with foreign countries as well as it concentrates on the feasibility of the punishment in Liberec.
