Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na implementaci personálních standardů v organizaci poskytující sociální služby. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit, jak ve vybrané organizaci poskytovatele sociálních služeb vnímají sociální pracovníci personální standard č. 10, především jeho naplnění v organizaci a jeho důležitost pro ně samotné a pro kvalitu služeb, které v rámci organizace poskytují. Teoretická část se věnuje hlavnímu vymezení sociálních služeb a standardů kvality sociálních služeb, kde se autorka hlouběji věnuje přímo personálním standardům. Výzkumná část popisuje teoretické vymezení samotného kvalitativního výzkumu a zaobírá se analýzou a interpretací dat ze získaných polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a analýzy dokumentů.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on the implementation of personnel standards in an organization providing social services. The main goal of this work is to find out how in a selected organizations of social service providers social workers perceive personnel standard No. 10, especially its fulfillment in the organization and its importance for themselves and for the quality of services they provide within the organizations. The theoretical part deals with the main definition of social services and quality standards of social services, where the author focuses more deeply on personnel standard. The research part describes the theoretical definition of the qualitative research itself and deals with the analysis and interpretation of data from the obtained semi-structured interviews and document analysis.
