Control mechanisms in the enterprise
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na základní prvky kontrolních mechanismů uvnitř podniku. Teoretická část představuje jednotlivé vnitřní a vnější kontroly a vysvětluje jejich strukturu. Praktická část řeší kontrolní mechanismus vybraného podniku a hodnotí jeho úspěšnost v dnešní době. Práci prolínají příklady podvodného jednání.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the basic elements of control mechanisms within an enterprise. The theoretical part presents the various internal and external controls and explains their structures. The practical part deals with the control mechanism of a chosen company and evaluates its success today. The thesis shows examples of fraudulent activity throughout.
