Abstract:
Práce se zabývá ochranou osobnosti po smrti člověka a skládá se ze tří základních kapitol. První kapitola, teoretický základ, se hlouběji zabývá teoretickým rozporem této ochrany, která spočívá v ochraně subjektu bez právní subjektivity, a mapuje možná řešení. Druhá a třetí kapitola popisují obecná a specifická dílčí témata této ochrany a analyzují zájmy, které jsou v nich preferovány. V závěru práce …more

The work deals with the protection of personality after a person's death and consists of three basic chapters. The first chapter, the theoretical basis, deals more deeply with the theoretical contradiction of this protection, which consists in the protection of a subject without legal subjectivity, and maps possible solutions.
