Cílem této diplomové práce "Systém měření a řízení výkonnosti v MSP" je na základě identifikace specifik fungování systému měření a řízení výkonnosti v malých a středních podnicích analyzovat a zhodnotit současný stav měření a řízení výkonnosti ve vybraných MSP.
