Protection of Consumer in the Rome Convention and Regulation Rome I
Abstract:
Tématem práce je ochrana spotřebitele v Římské úmluvě a nařízení Řím I. Cílem práce bylo popsat a porovnat úpravu ochrany spotřebitele ve těchto dvou základních dokumentech a ověřit hypotézu, že přijetím nařízení Řím I došlo ke zpřesnění právního rámce ochrany spotřebitelských práv v EU, aniž by tato ochrana znamenala přehnanou regulaci a nadměrné omezení smluvní volnosti.
Abstract:
The title of this bachelor thesis is Protection of Consumer in the Rome Convention and Regulation Rome I. The aim is to describe and compare the treatment of consumer protection in two fundamental documents and validate hypothesis, that by adopting Regulation Rome I the legal framework for the protection of consumer rights in the EU became more accurate without this protection causing excessive regulation …more
