Práce se věnuje analýze úpravy platebních a dodacích podmínek v rámci srovnání úpravy Vídeňské Úmluvy o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží a NOZ. Práce analyzuje úpravu NOZ, ale také tuto srovnává s relevantními ustanoveními v již neúčinném OZ. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda je NOZ poskytuje českému obchodníkovi stejnou či vyšší míru dispozitivnosti jako Úmluva. Také si práce dává za úkol zjistit, zda …more
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the comparison of the both, the payment and delivery terms in CISG and in New Civil Code. The thesis deals with the New Civil Code and compares it with relevant provisions of the former Civil Code.
