Cieľom bakalárskej práce je analyzovať manažment ľudských zdrojov vo vybranej finančnej inštitúcií a možnosti uplatnenia talent manažmentu. Práca je rozdelená na tri časti, kde prvá časť sa venuje teoretickým východiskám riadenia ľudských zdrojov. Druhá časť rozoberá riadenie výkonnosti zamestnancov vo finančných inštitúciách.
