Nursing Process in Care of Patient with Total Knee Arthroplasty

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta s totální endoprotézou kolenního kloubu. Příčiny vedoucí k implantaci náhrady kolenního kloubu jsou různé. Mezi nejčastější patří degenerativní onemocnění osteoartróza. Podle lokalizace postižení vztažené ke kolennímu kloubu se označuje jako gonartróza. Tato práce se týká pacienta s daným onemocněním. Cílem práce je vytvoření názorného plánu ošetřovatelské péče u pacienta s totální endoprotézou kolenního kloubu vycházejícího z ošetřovatelských diagnóz NANDA-I taxonomie II., které se vztahují ke konkrétním potřebám daného jedince. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje dvě hlavní kapitoly. První přibližuje problematiku náhrady kolenního kloubu endoprotézou, definuje indikující onemocnění v oblastech charakteristiky, etiopatogeneze, klinického obrazu, diagnostiky a terapie. Druhá kapitola představuje ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienta v průběhu hospitalizace a následnou rehabilitační péči. V praktické části bakalářské práce je vypracován konkrétní plán ošetřovatelské péče u pacienta s totální endoprotézou kolenního kloubu založený na ošetřovatelské diagnostice podle NANDA-I taxonomie II, jež vychází z aktuálních a potencionálních potřeb jedince hospitalizovaného na standardním ortopedickém oddělení.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on nursing process in patient with total knee arthroplasty. Causes leading to the implantation of knee replacement are different. Among the most common reasons belongs degenerative disease osteoarthritis. According to the localization of impairment relating to the knee joint is called gonarthrosis. This work relates to a patient with the given disease. The aim of thesis is to create the schematic plan of nursing care for the patient comming from nursing diagnoses NANDA-I Taxonomy II., relating to the specific needs of the individual. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains two main chapters. The first deals with the issue of knee arthroplasty, defines the indicating disease in the areas of its characteristics, etiopathogenesis, clinical picture, diagnosis and therapy. The second chapter presents the nursing care of the patient during hospitalization and subsequent rehabilitation care. In the practical part of the thesis is created the specific plan of nursing care in patient with total knee arthroplasty based on nursing diagnosis according to NANDA-I Taxonomy II, which are based on current and potential needs of individual hospitalized in standard orthopedic ward.
