Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti sídlící v Pardubickém kraji. Jedná se o společnost, která se mimo jiné věnuje činnostem v prostředí internetového obchodu a distribuce. Teoretická část rozebírá pojem motivace jako důležitou součást podnikové kultury. The thesis deals with the problematics of motivation of employees in selected company, located in Pardubice region. The company's work is based on e-commerce and distribution.
