Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnocení vlivu změn cen ropy a dopadů legislativy oblasti životního prostředí na vybraný podnik. Následně též formulace možných doporučení. V teoretické části je popsán vývoj ropného trhu, doplněný o legislativu ochrany životního prostředí. V závěru této části je uvedeno, jak je pomocí analýzy možné zhodnotit vývoj a vitalitu podniku. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to assess the impact of changes in oil prices and environmental legislation on a selected company and subsequently formulate possible recommendations. The theoretical section describes the development of the oil market, complemented by envi-ronmental legislation. It concludes with how analysis can assess the development and vitality of the company.
