This thesis deals with multiple intelligences theory in relation to language tasks. The first part is focused on theoretical background. It provides information about Gardner´s theory of MI and describes seven basic types of intelligences: verbal-linguistic, logical-mathematical, spatial, bodily-kinesthetic, musical, intrapersonal and interpersonal. Diplomová práce se zabývá vztahem teorie rozmanitých inteligencí a jazykových úkolů. Úvodní teoretická část poskytuje informace o Gardnerově teorii rozmanitých inteligencí a popisuje 7 základních typů intelligence: verbální, logicko-matematickou, hudební, prostorovou , tělesně-pohybovou, interpersonální a intrapersonální.
