Evaluation methods of the spatial variation of land use

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá metodami hodnocení prostorových změn využití krajiny. V současnosti jsou k tomuto účelu hojně používány různé metrické ukazatele. Určité výsledky pro prostorové změny ve využití krajiny v našich podmínkách poskytují indexy diverzity krajiny (Shannonův index, Simpsonův index), varianty koeficientů ekologické stability krajiny, indexy a koeficienty pro hodnocení land use. Přesnost vyhodnocení prostorových změn pomocí výsledků ovšem není zcela jednoznačná a je třeba brát ohled při interpretaci výsledků. Cílem práce je přiblížit teoretické původy vzorců a jejich aplikace pro krajinu. Nedílnou součástí je rozbor nejčastěji užívaných indexů a koeficientů s důrazem na praktické využití a extrémní situace v krajině. Práce by měla nalézt možné úpravy vzorců a případně navrhnout vlastní metody.

Abstract:

The work deals with the methods of assessing spatial changes in land use. At present, for this purpose are widely used various metric indicators. Certain results for spatial land-use changes in our climate provides an index of landscape diversity (Shannon index, Simpson index), variants of the coefficient of ecological stability of the landscape, indices and coefficients for the evaluation of land use. Accuracy assessment of spatial variation with the results, however, is not entirely clear and need to be taken into account when interpreting the results. The aim is to approach the theoretical derivations of formulas and their application landscape. An integral part of the analysis is the most commonly used indices and coefficients with an emphasis on practical applications and extreme situation in the country. Work should identify possible patterns of treatment and may propose their own methods.
