Abstract:
Leasing je smlouva, kterou přenechává leasingová společnost předmět leasingu do užívání klientovi na předem stanovenou dobu za dohodnuté splátky. Majitelem předmětu je leasingová společnost. Leasing není v českém právním řádu upraven jako smluvní typ. Nejčastěji se rozlišují dva druhy leasingu, leasing finanční a operativní. Leasing is a contract who leasing company leaves the subject to the client for his use for the period stipulated in advance for the agreed installments. The leasing company is the owner of the subject. Leasing is not regulated in the Czech legal order as the contractual type.
