Opinions of Secondary School Students of the Social Exclusion of People with Mental Illness

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na sociální vyloučení osob s duševním onemocněním a na názory studentů středních škol k této problematice. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak nahlíží mladistvý na problematiku sociálního vyloučení osob s duševním onemocněním. Cílem teoretické části práce bylo popsat a analyzovat současný stav vytyčeného problému. V teoretické části práce jsou popsaná teoretická a metodologická východiska práce, koncept sociálního vyloučení, důsledky duševního onemocnění z hlediska věku. Poslední kapitola se věnuje otázce: co ovlivňuje utváření názorů a postojů u dospívajících? V kontextu utváření názorů a postojů u studentů, byly dále popsány činitelé ovlivňující dospívajícího, dále fyziologické, psychické a sociální změny dospívajícího. Hlavním objektem zkoumání v této bakalářské práci je právě mladistvý, předmětem výzkumu je jejich vnímání na dané téma, jejich názor na sociální práci v souvislosti s duševním onemocněním. Výzkumná technika byla zvolena forma dotazování, pomocí dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis is focused on the social exclusion of people with mental illness and on the opinions of secondary school students on this issue. The aim of the thesis is to find out how the adolescent views the issue of social exclusion of persons with mental illness. The aim of the theoretical part of the thesis was to describe and analyze the current state of the identified problem. In the theoretical part of the work, the theoretical and methodological starting points of the work, the concept of social exclusion, the consequences of mental illness in terms of age are described. The last chapter addresses the question: what influences the formation of opinions and attitudes in adolescents? In the context of the formation of opinions and attitudes in students, the factors affecting the adolescent, next physiological, psychological and social changes were further described. The main object of investigation in this bachelor's thesis is the adolescent, the subject of the research is their perception of the given topic, their opinion on social work in connection with mental illness. The research technique chosen was the form of questioning, using a questionnaire survey.
