Abstrakt Práce je zaměřena na proces jednání se zákazníkem. Cílem je zmapovat, zda prodejci dodržují předem definované fáze prodeje, jakou mají verbální, nonverbální komunikaci a zmapovat výskyt manipulativních principů. Abstract The thesis is focused on the proces of dealing with customer. The aim is to chart, whether verdons are following in advance defined phases of sale, what verbal and nonverbal communication do they have and to chart occurrence of manipulative principles in sales.
