Social work with adolescent addicts in Exit therapeutic community

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na sociální práci s mladistvými závislými na návykových látkách v terapeutické komunitě Exit a jejím cílem je definovat specifika sociální práce v TK Exit. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy jako adolescence a závislost a také je v ní popsána sociální práce s mladistvými závislými. Poslední část práce se zabývá konceptem terapeutické komunity a také fázemi léčby závislosti. Aplikační část je zaměřena na specifika sociální práce a cílem je zodpovědět výzkumnou otázku: "Jaká jsou specifika sociální práce s mladistvými závislými na návykových látkách v terapeutické komunitě Exit?". K naplnění tohoto cíle byla zvolena analýza problému z praxe, která je zpracována formou kazuistiky. V aplikační části je představena terapeutická komunita Exit a následně specifika sociální práce. V diskuzi jsou poté shrnuty poznatky z aplikační části, které se opírají o teoretickou část.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on social work with adolescent addicts in the Exit therapeutic community and the aim is to define the specifics of this social work. The theoretical part defines basic terms e.g.: adolescence, addiction, and it also describes the social work that is used when dealing with adolescent addicts. Last chapter deals with the concept of a therapeutic community and phases of addiction treatment. The application part covers the specifics of social work and aims to answer the research question: What are the specifics of social work with adolescent addicts in the Exit therapeutic community? To fulfill this goal, we need to make an analysis of the problem from practice, which is done in the form of a case study. The application part introduces Exit therapeutic community and then the specifics of social work with adolescent addicts. The discussion summarizes the data from application part, which are based on the theoretical part.
