Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje spokojenosti zákazníků ve vybraném solárním studiu MR Solarstudio, nacházejícím se v Brně. Práce hodnotí spokojenost zákazníků solárního studia, kde byl proveden marketingový průzkum pomocí dotazníkového šetření. The bachelor thesis focuses on the customer satisfaction in the solar studio MR Solarstudio, located in Brno. The thesis evaluates the customer satisfaction of the solar studio, where a marketing research was conducted using a questionnaire survey.
