Cílem této práce je určit lokalizační faktory společnosti Telefónica O2 při provozu call center a navrhnout možnosti jejich další lokalizace. Abstract:
The goal of this thesis is to define localisation factors of Telefónica O2 in call centre operation, suggesting opportunities of their further localisations. Theoretical part of the thesis makes some analyses of individual localisation theories from "traditional" up to the "current" reflecting the issues to be solved.
