Family and anorexia nervosa

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou mentální anorexie, a to zejména ve vztahu k rodině. Poukazuje na rizikové i podpůrné rodinné faktory při jejím vzniku a léčbě. Teoretická část popisuje onemocnění jako takové, jeho zdravotní rizika a možnosti léčby. Dále definuje podpůrné a rizikové faktory jako takové a blíže definuje jejich podobu v rodině. Praktická část formou případové studie mapuje čtyři konkrétní případy nemocných mentální anorexií, respektive tři rodiny, v nichž se toto onemocnění vyskytlo.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of mental anorexia, especially in relation to the family. It points out supportive and risk family factors during the onset of anorexia and its treatment. The theoretical part describes the illness itself, its health risks and treatment options. It further defines the supportive and risk factors as such and also their form in the family. The practical part in the form of the case study describes four specific cases of patients with mental anorexia, respectively the three families in which this disease occurred.
