The persecution of the Jews in the Czech countries during the Nazi occupation (1939-1945).

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce mapuje životní zkušenost Věry Bádrové s nuceným pobytem v ghettu v Terezíně během let 1943-1945. Základním zdrojem informací pro tuto bakalářskou práci jsou rozhovory s Věrou Bádrovou, během nichž popisovala osobní zkušenosti s nacistickým pronásledováním, jak před transportem do Terezína, tak život v něm a následně návrat domů. Práce je doplněna o dobový kontext z knih ze seznamu literatury. Vzpomínky Věry Bádrové se shodují s paměťmi Ivana Klímy a s deníkem Věry Roubíčkové. Úvod obsahuje stručné informace o narátorce a také o průběhu setkání. Konec práce je věnován zjednodušenému nástinu poválečného života narátorky.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis describes the life experiences of Věra Bádrová and her involuntary stay in ghetto between the years 1943-1945. The primary sources of this bachelor thesis are the dialogues with Věra Bádrová. She describes her experiences with the Nazi persecution of the Jews and remembers the life before the transport to Terezín, her life there and return to home. The thesis is supplied with the historical context. Memories of Věra Bádrová are similar to the memories of Ivan Klíma and the diary of Věra Roubíčková. The introduction of the thesis includes short information about the narator and the Conclusion is concerned with her simplified description of the post-war life.
