Evaluation of the ergonomic aspects of schoolbags among primary school pupils

Abstract:

Jako cíl této bakalářské práce jsem si vybral porovnat a stanovit ergonomické parametry aktovek a jejich alternativy pro děti základních škol. Zajímá mě, jak nošení aktovek ovlivňuje muskuloskeletální systém dítěte. Proto jsem se rozhodl, že nejvhodnější bude zvolit metodu dotazníku, ve které budu moct získat informace o skutečném stavu situace. První část práce obsahuje především anatomické struktury, na které má nošení aktovek největší vliv. V další části se zabývám aktovkami a jejich alternativami k nošení věcí do školy. V poslední části rozebírám problémy muskuloskeletálního systému v důsledku nošení těchto aktovek a vyhodnocuji informace získané od rodičů z dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

As the aim of this bachelor thesis I chose to compare and determine the ergonomic parameters of school bags and their alternatives for primary school children. I am interested in how carrying school bags affects the child's musculoskeletal system. Therefore, I decided that it would be most appropriate to choose a questionnaire method in which I could obtain information about the actual situation. The first part of the thesis contains mainly the anatomical structures that are most affected by the wearing of school bags. In the next part I examine school bags and their alternatives to carrying things to school. In the last part, I discuss the musculoskeletal problems due to the wearing of these school bags and evaluate the information obtained from parents through a questionnaire survey.
