Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zaměřila na institut podmíněného propuštění. Zabývala jsem se historickým vývojem podmíněného propuštění. V další kapitole jsem se snažila tento institut popsat z hlediska hmotného i procesního práva. V následující kapitole jsem vybrala zajímavé judikáty. In my diploma thesis I focused on the institute of conditional release. I dealt with the historical development of parole. In the next chapter, I tried to describe this institute in terms of substantive and procedural law. In the following chapter, I have selected interesting judgments.
