Abstract:
Diplomová práce zkoumá vztah finanční odměny a pracovní motivace zaměstnanců. První část popisuje známe motivační teorie, fluktuaci zaměstnanců a ukazuje možnosti, jak může manažer pozitivně ovlivnit pracovní výkon podřízených. Diploma thesis explores relationship between financial bonus and employee work ethics. The first part is about known motivational theories, employee fluctuation and shows how can manager influence work ethics of his employees.
