Abstract:

Gogolová, P. Aspekty účetnictví, daní a financování v neziskovém sektoru. Diplo-mová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2022. Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou rozdílů v účetnictví, zdaňování a finan-cování mezi podnikatelskými subjekty, které vznikly primárně za účelem dosaho-vání maximalizace zisku a nestátními nevýdělečnými organizacemi, které vznikají z důvodu plnění společensky žádané činnosti. Na základě komparace ve třech výše zmíněných oblastech byly nastíněny návrhy a doporučení pro neziskové organizace. Výstupem diplomové práce je rovněž shrnutí potenciálních problémových oblastí v účetnictví, pokud by došlo ke sloučení vyhlášek, které se zabývají specifickými kroky v účetnictví jednotlivých typů subjektů.

Gogolová, P. Aspects of accounting, taxation and financing in the non-profit sector. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2022. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of differences in accounting, taxation and financing between business entities that were created primarily for the purpose of maximizing profit and non-state non-profit organizations that are created for the purpose of fulfilling a socially desired activity. Based on the comparison in the three aforementioned areas, proposals and recommendations for non-profit organizati-ons were outlined. The output of the diploma thesis is also a summary of potential problem areas in accounting, should there be a merger of decrees that deal with spe-cific steps in the accounting of individual types of entities.
