Abstract:
V této práci se věnuji dosud známým molekulárním mechanismům, které ovlivňují progresi osteosarkomu, vysoce agresivního primárního nádoru kostí. Osteosarkom nejčastěji postihuje dospívající jedince a hlavní příčinou úmrtí bývají metastázy v plicích. Abstract:
In this thesis, I focus on the molecular mechanisms that regulate the progression of osteosarcoma. Osteosarcoma is highly aggressive primary bone tumour. It mostly affects adolescents and the major cause of death are lung metastases. Bone tumours are generally resistant to radiotherapy and under selection pressure even chemoresistant, which significantly complicates treatment. In last years the cancer …more
