Working conditions of minors
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje historii a současnosti právní úpravy týkající se pracovních podmínek mladých lidí. V jednotlivých kapitolách je postupně rozebrána mezinárodní a vnitrostátní právní úprava, odchylky v pracovních podmínkách dětí a mladistvých a srovnání české a slovenské právní úpravy.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the history and current legislation regarding the working conditions of young people. In individual chapters, international and national legislation, deviations in the working conditions of children and young people and a comparison of Czech and Slovak legislation are discussed.
