The issue of prejudices and stereotypes towards the ethnic minority of Romany people from the perspective of social workers

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou předsudků a stereotypů vůči etnické menšině Romů, přičemž je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a na část aplikační. Cílem bakalářské práce v teoretické části je popsat předsudky a stereotypy vůči etnické menšině Romů a v aplikační části navrhnout kvantitativní šetření a formou předvýzkumu ověřit navržený nástroj kvantitativního výzkumu - dotazník. Výstupem předvýzkumu a bakalářské práce jsou navržená doporučení pro případný kvantitativní výzkum realizovaný v tématu této práce.

Abstract:

The presented bachelor thesis deals with the issue of prejudices and stereotypes against the Roma ethnic minority, and is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the application part. The aim of the bachelor's thesis in the theoretical part is to describe prejudices and stereotypes against the Roma ethnic minority and in the application part to design a quantitative survey and verify the proposed tool of quantitative research - a questionnaire. The output of the preliminary research and the bachelor´s thesis are proposed recommendations for possible quantitative research carried out in the topic of this work.
