Theoretical fundament for establishing information obligations insurance companies and the possibility of optimizing their extent and quality

Abstract:

Cílem mé disertační práce je myšlenka výkaznictví - definování, popis, zhodnocení a především navrţení nového moţného vyuţití optimálního rozsahu informačních povinností finančních institucí působících na finančním trhu, a z nich zejména pojišťoven. Základem moţného naplnění těchto záměrů je rozbor nových informačních povinností, respektive výkaznictví na úrovni národní i mezinárodní. V neposlední řadě se ve své práci snaţím zhodnotit, prozkoumat respektive odhalit slabá místa nově navrţeného výkaznictví podle pravidel Solvency II a definovat doporučení pro jejich optimalizaci. Výsledkem mého zkoumání je vytvoření návrhů na zachování některých nezbytných výkazů potřebných pro analýzy a další regulatorní a dohledovou činnost národního regulátora. Následně doporučuji redukci nově navrhovaných výkazů nadnárodním regulátorem. Analýzy, které jsem provedla v rámci této práce, by měly být vodítkem, jak předvídat krizové situace a jak jim předcházet nejen na národní úrovni, ale i teritoriálně či v globálním měřítku.

Abstract:

he aim of my thesis is the idea of reporting - definition, description, evaluation, and especially the design of new potential use of the optimum range of information obligations of financial institutions operating in the financial market, and one in particular insurance companies. On the basis of the possible fulfillment of these objectives to analyze new information obligations particularly reporting to national and supranational regulator. Last but not least, I try to evaluate, explore and reveal weaknesses of the newly proposed reporting under Solvency II rules and define recommendations for their optimization. The result of my research is to develop proposals for the conservation of certain required reports necessary for analysis and other regulatory and oversight activities of the national regulator. Consequently, I suggest reduction of the number of the newly proposed statements as part of the supranational reporting control. Analysis, which was carried out in this document should be a guide to anticipate crisis situations and how to avoid them in the future not only at national level but also territorially or on a global
