Implementation of Alternative Teaching Techniques in Andragogy in the Non-Profit Sector

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na aplikaci alternativních technik učení dospělých jedinců v neziskové sféře. První část práce tvoří teoretická východiska, která objasňují důležité pojmy a hlavní oblasti práce pro lepší orientaci v druhé, výzkumné části. Druhá část zachycuje provedení kvalitativního výzkumu - sběr dat, analýza dat a jejich interpretace - v pěti neziskových organizacích a popis těchto organizací. Cílem této práce je zmapovat současný stav a možný budoucí vývoj vzdělávání dospělých v neziskových organizacích se zaměřením na aplikaci alternativních technik učení jako účinnějšího nástroje vzdělávání v kontrastu s možnostmi jednotlivých organizací. Z výsledků výzkumu jsou závěrem daná doporučení pro praxi organizacím, jak zefektivnit vzdělávání dospělých v neziskové sféře.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on application of alternative techniques of adult education in the non-profit sector. The first part of the thesis consists of theoretical part which explains important terms and main areas of thesis for better understanding of the second research part. The second part includes realization of qualitative research ? data collection, data analysis and their interpretation ? in five non ? profitable organizations with their de-scription. The goal of this thesis is to map the current situation and possible development in the future in adult education within non ? profitable organizations focusing on application of alternative education techniques as a more effective tool of education in comparison with capabilities of each of the organization. There are recommendations concluded from research results for organizations how to improve an adult education in non profit sphere.
