Local referendum
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá místním referendem, jako institutem přímé demokracie a jeho právní úpravou. Cílem je vymezit některé nedostatky v právní úpravě a navrhnout jejich řešení. V závěru se práce zabývá četností místních referend na území České republiky a nejčastějšími otázkami, o kterých se v nich rozhoduje.
Abstract:
The work deals with the local referendum as an institute of direct democracy and its legal regulation. The aim is to define some shortcomings in the legal regulation and propose their solution. In the end, the work deals with the frequency of local referendum in the territory of the Czech Republic and the most frequent questions that are decided in them.
