Obsahem této práce jsou práva a povinnosti likvidátora. Z mé práce vyplynulo, že likvidátor je v českém právním řádu uváděn v několika různých zákonech, přičemž na prvním místě je občanský zákoník, který je Lex Generalis a reguluje práva a povinnosti likvidátora, tam kde ostatní zákony mlčí. Abstract:
This work focuses on the rights and duties of liquidator. My work showed that liquidator in the czech legal order placed in several different laws, giving priority in the Civil Code, which is the Lex Generalis and regulates the rights and duties of the liquidator, where other laws are silent.
