Abstract:
Bakalářská práce s názvem Ochrana informací v činnosti správních orgánů má za úkol popsat vývoj a současný stav práva občana na informace a vymezit zákonnou povinnost informace poskytovat. Práce se rovněž zabývá oblastí ochrany před zneužitím informací.
Abstract:
This Bachelor's thesis entitled Protection of Information of Public Authorities aims to describe the development and current state of the citizens' right to information and to define the legal obligation to provide such information. The thesis also deals with the protection of information against misuse.
