Work from home and the possibility of its use in the environment of communication agencies of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je věnována práci z domova a možnostem jejího využití v prostředí komunikačních agentur České republiky. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit a zhodnotit, zda se práce z domova v komunikačních agenturách využívá a zda je to pro agentury výhodné. Zhodnotit, které pozice či oddělení mohou v komunikačních agenturách nejlépe a nejefektivněji práci z domova využít. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vysvětlení všech důležitých marketingových a ekonomických pojmů spojené s tématem práce. Vysvětlení pojmů jako agentura, komunikační agentura, marketing, komunikace, práce z domova, marketingový mix a marketingová komunikace k lepšímu porozumění dané problematiky. V analyticko-metodické části jsou analyzována, vyhodnocena a následně představena data, která byla získávána kvantitativní metodou sběru dat (dotazníková šetření) a kvalitativní metodou sběru dat (expertní rozhovory) se zástupci vybraných komunikačních agentur. Na základě získaných, analyzovaných, vyhodnocených, a nakonec představených dat jsou na konci zodpovězené a zpracované cíle této práce.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is devoted to work from home and the possibilities of its use in the environment of communication agencies of the Czech Republic. The primary goal of this work is to discover and evaluate whether work from home is used in communication agencies and whether it is beneficial to the organization. Determine which positions or departments in communication agencies can benefit most from working from home. The theoretical part focuses on explaining all the important marketing and economic concepts related to the topic of this dissertation. To better understand the issue, definitions of terms such as agency, communication agency, marketing, communication, work from home, marketing mix, and marketing communication are explained. The analytical and methodological section analyzes, evaluates, and then presents data collected through the quantitative method (questionnaire surveys) and the qualitative method (expert interviews) with representatives of selected communication agencies. The goals of this work are answered and processed at the end based on the data that was obtained, analyzed, evaluated, and finally presented.
