Cost controlling in a selected company

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat řízení nákladů ve vybraném podniku, vyhodnotit užitečnost a přínos nástrojů, které podnik využívá k řízení nákladů a na základě těchto zjištění vypracovat návrhy, které by podniku přinesly efektivnější řízení a úsporu nákladů vyvolanou zavedením nových nástrojů řízení nákladů či zdokonalením stávajících nástrojů. V diplomové práci jsou uvedeny základní klasifikace nákladů, vymezen controlling, dále popsány základní typy kalkulací. Obsahem práce je dále praktická část, kde je představen podnik Eutit s.r.o., který se zabývá vývojem, odléváním, prodejem výrobků z taveného čediče a eucoru. Celkové zhodnocení situace podniku je realizováno pomocí SWOT analýzy. Následně je v podniku analyzováno nákladové řízení, rozdělení nákladů a více rozebráno střediskové hospodaření Eutitu. Na závěr práce jsou uvedeny návrhy, které by pomohly zlepšit podnikové řízení a řízení nákladů ve zvoleném podniku.

Abstract:

The Diploma thesis objectiv is to analyze cost management in selected company, to evaluate the usefulness and benefits of the tools, which the company uses to control costs and on the basis of these findings to develop proposals that would bring the company more efficient management and cost savings arising from the introduction of new management tools costs or improving existing tools . In this thesis are listed the basic classification of expenses, defined controlling, and described basic types of calculations. The content of the work is the practical part, where the company Eutit Ltd. is introduced, which is engaged in development, casting, selling products of basalt and eucor. Overall rating of the company is realized using SWOT analysis. Subsequently, in the company is analyzed cost management, cost allocation, and more discussed departmental management Eutit. At the end of this thesis are said suggestions that would help improve business and cost management in selected company.
