Quality of Work Life in Teacher Profession

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je tematicky zaměřena na kvalitu pracovního života učitelů.V obsahu teoretické části práce popisuji specifika učitelské profese, obsah práce a význam pracovní motivace v učitelství a charakteristiky pracovního života učitelů. Výzkumným problémem popisuji a vysvětluji aktuální názory učitelů na vybrané oblasti profese. Zaměřuji se na vnitřní a vnější pracovní podmínky jako ukazatele kvality pracovního života a mapuji, jakou míru úspěšnosti pociťují učitelé v určitých aspektech profesního výkonu a ve vazbách na očekávané profesní cíle.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the quality of a professional life of teachers. The specifics of a teaching career, the job description, the significance of a motivation in a teaching and the characteristics of a teachers´ work life have been described in the theoretical part of the thesis. The research describes and explains the current teachers´ opinions on the selected scope of a profession. It is focused on the internal and external working conditions as an indicator of a work life quality and it surveys the degree of teachers´ satisfaction in different aspects of a professional performance and in the connection with the expected professional goals.
