V této bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na účinnou motivaci dětí učitelkou v mateřské škole. Mým cílem je zjistit, které druhy motivace dětí používají učitelky mateřských škol a zda jsou tyto druhy motivace pro děti účinné. In this bachelor thesis, I focused on the effective motivation of children in nursery school used by the teachers. My goal is to find out which types of motivation are used by the teachers in nursery school and whether these types of motivation are effective for children.
