Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá rodinou a mediací. Celá práce je teoretická, zabývá se definicí základních pojmů týkajících se tématu rodiny a mediace. Práce je členěna do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola pojednává o rodině, jejich funkcích a konfliktech, které v rodině mohou probíhat. Druhá kapitola se věnuje popisu mediace a práci mediátora. The thesis deals with family and mediation. The work is theoretical, it deals with the definition of basic concepts related to the theme of family mediation. The work is divided into four chapters.
