Abstract:
Již před desítkami let bylo zjištěno, že některé geny jsou schopné zabránit nekontrolovatelnému dělení buněk, a tím pádem i vzniku nádorů. Tyto geny nazýváme nádorové supresory. Jedním takovým genem je i TP53; mutace tohoto genu je přítomna u více než 50% případů nádorových onemocnění. Abstract:
It was found many decades ago, that several genes are able to prevent uncontrolled cell division and thus tumorigenesis. These genes are called tumor suppressors. One of these genes is TP53; mutations of this gene are found in more than 50% of cases of tumor illnesses.
