Goeckermanova metoda, využívaná k léčbě pacientů trpících psoriázou, je založena na kombinaci ultrafialového záření a černouhelného dehtu. Při terapii dochází k expozici pacientů genotoxickým faktorům. V této práci byla ke zhodnocení genotoxicity vybrána cytogenetická metoda - mikronukleus test (modifikace s cytochalasinem B). Abstract:
The Goeckerman method, used to treat psoriasis patients, is based on a combination of ultraviolet radiation and coal tar. The patients are exposed to genotoxic factors during therapy. In this thesis, the cytogenetic method - micronucleus test (modification with cytochalasin B) was chosen to evaluate genotoxicity.
