Bakalářská práce se zabývá regulací obchodních podmínek v mezinárodním obchodě se zbožím. Stěžejním dokumentem pro jejich regulaci je Vídeňská úmluva a zásady, na kterých byla vytvořena. This bachelor’s thesis describes regulation of commercial terms (i.e. terms and conditions) in international trade. The fundamental document regulating these commercial terms is the Vienna Convention and its principles.
